PRICE:
Full Price: £1,100 per delegate. VAT does not apply. Includes attendance to all sessions, and all course material.
Early Bird Discount: There is no Early Bird Discount this year
Group Packages: Special arrangements may be made for Bar Associations, Organisations and Firms who wish to arrange a
group attendance of 6 or more delegates. Interested parties should please contact us directly; for each attorney who attends the
program, you will receive a 10% discount on your program. Refer 10 colleagues and your program is free.

PAYMENT:
On receipt of a completed registration form an invoice for payment in full will be raised. Payment should please be made within
14 days from the date of the invoice or before 10th January 2023, whichever is sooner. Alternatively, if an immediate payment is
made directly from the website, by credit/debit card via PayPal, or made electronically by bank transfer or by cheque, a
receipted invoice will be provided.

ATTENDANCE:
1. The MCLE LondonTM 2023 program includes both days as a package and it is not generally possible to register for only one of
the days.
2. CLE requirements do require delegate attendance promptly at the commencement of sessions and presence until the end of
each session for full credit to be claimed. MCLE London is obliged by CLE regulations to ensure compliance with this
requirement and your cooperation in this regard is appreciated.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. MCLE LondonTM reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised seminar program.
2. Where cancellation of the program itself may occur because of Acts of God, extreme weather conditions etc. affecting UK
internet connections, refunds will be given less a proportion of irrecoverable administrative expenses.
DATA:
1. The information you provide will be held by Rory Khilkoff-Boulding t/a (dba) MCLE LondonTM for the purposes of
administering and marketing continuing legal education seminars/programs and may be passed to professional institutions for the
purpose of registering continuing legal education credits. This processing may result in your professional data being transferred
outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
2. A list of delegates containing your contact details will be made available to delegates attending the MCLE LondonTM program.
If you do not wish your name and details to appear on this list, please advise us at info@mclelondon.co.uk.
