Currently working at LexisNexus on Corporate Crime matters, John has, since qualifying at the English Bar, worked with the Serious Fraud Office, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Regulatory and Procedural Law, as a Schuman Trainee with the European Parliament. He has been engaged more recently in closely following the course of development of the 1200+page EC TCA which came into effect on December 31St 2020, and in particular with Part 3 relating to Criminal Justice. | |

He has been a commentator for CNN, National Public Radio, and the Voice of America, where his role was to try to interpret American culture to the rest of the world. He devotes a substantial amount of his work to public interest, human rights, and pro bono organizations all over the world. No stranger to the UK, he has also written a biography of The Beatles. | |
