(NB for NY newly-qualified attorneys, all topics in the Friday and Saturday MCLE program are valid both as advanced and transitional level, but will not cover “skills” within the meaning of the NYCLE requirements).

MCLE London is recognised as a CLE provider by the Florida Bar (Reference 289944); the London International MCLE London Fair is annually accredited by the Florida State Bar.

Florida is an authorised jurisdiction for many other US States for CLE purposes – where this may not be the case, accreditation ex post facto can usually be obtained by express application to the relevant State Bar in accordance with local rules; attorneys are advised to check their local rules concerning virtual programs.

Past Annual MCLE Fair Topics

Listed on the left hand menu are past topics of the annual MCLE program in London going back to 2007, which give an idea of the eclectic content – some of our delegates are banking lawyers, others international commercial, lawyers, tax specialists, technology specialists, litigators; some are also English Solicitors and some are English barristers. The topics therefore do not focus on any one area of practice specialism, although the overall viewpoint is naturally international and comparative, with a strong emphasis on UK/US or US/European/International aspects of current practice.

Past topics might be repeated and updated if there is a demand for this – delegate feedback is always appreciated, and our program sessions are themselves evaluated by delegate assessment.
