Mandatory/Minimum Continuing Legal Education Requirements
14.5 credits for 50-hour States | 12 credits for 60-hour States
MCLE London™ is recognised as a CLE provider and is annually accredited by the Florida Bar (Reference 289944).
For Continuing Legal Education purposes, Florida is an authorised jurisdiction for many other US States. Where this is not the case, accreditation ex post facto can usually be obtained by express application to the relevant State Bar in accordance with local rules.
Attendance at MCLE London™ provides US-qualified attorneys with 14.5 credits in 50-hour States and 12 credits in 60-hour States.
NB: For NY newly qualified attorneys, all topics in the Friday and Saturday MCLE program are valid both at advanced and transitional level but will not cover “skills” within the meaning of the NYCLE requirements.
